Ashraya Zilla Vikalangula Samaikya is a registered society (Registration No. 210/2015) founded by P. Sureshkumar, an MBA graduate. Our organization is dedicated to the wellbeing of persons with disabilities (PWDs) across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu. We believe that every person, regardless of their abilities, deserves equal opportunities and a dignified life.
Disability Groups: We have formed disability groups at the mandal level, providing a platform for PWDs to come together, share experiences, and support one another. This includes group formations at the village level and district level, as well as VI groups.
Job Fairs and Placement: We organize job fairs, job melas, and placement drives exclusively for PWDs, connecting them with potential employers and creating job opportunities.
Employability Training: Our training programs focus on developing the skills and abilities of PWDs, making them job-ready. These programs include:
Soft Skills Training:Enhancing communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Computer Training: Equipping PWDs with essential computer skills for modern workplaces.
Personality Development: Building confidence, self-esteem, and professional demeanor.
Spoken English Training: Improving language proficiency for better job prospects.
Life Skills Training: Teaching essential life skills to navigate daily challenges.
Community Awareness: We conduct awareness programs to sensitize the community about the rights, needs, and potential of PWDs, promoting inclusivity and social acceptance. These programs are held at the village level through our organization.
Support and Advocacy: We provide support and advocacy services to help PWDs access their rights, entitlements, and benefits.
Job Melas for Persons with Disabilities: We organize special job melas tailored for PWDs, providing a platform to meet with potential employers and explore job opportunities suited to their skills and capabilities.
Marriage Melas for PWDs: We organize marriage melas to help PWDs find suitable life partners and promote social inclusion.
State-Level Para Olympic: We conduct state-level para-Olympic events, and those who excel are sent to nationals.
Self-Employment Training: We provide training in self-employment skills, including phenoil making, soap powders, agarbattis, and handicrafts.
